GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products. We offer you 14 days of return from the day you receive your package. Please note that the product should be returned unused and with the original packaging box. Products returned without original packaging box or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation. As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with. The amount will be visible on your account within 10 working days. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.

RETURN FORM

To create a return, please download our return form, print it, fill it in and finally, put it inside your return package. Click here to download the return form. Return fees will not be refunded by JICKIE. You can choose the courier.We recommend that you choose a shipping method with track and trace, so you will be protected in case the package gets lost in transit.

EXCHANGES 

The conditions for requesting an item exchange are as follows:

– the product is witnessed as damaged upon receipt;
– the product does not meet expectations (wrong color, or model, or customization etc)

All products returned for exchange must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, JICKIE will not be able to proceed with an exchange. The customer is responsible for providing the correct packaging to ensure that all items arrive at their destination in perfect condition (the original packaging box – received with the initial order – can be reused). Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
To exchange the items ordered, the customer can use the return form. The customer will be asked to indicate the name of the article in replacement in the return form. Once the declaration of exchange has been approved by customer service, a new item will be sent back and the customer must return the product to be exchanged in return.

For international exchanges, our customer service will inform you of the procedure and conditions to be followed.


JICKIE will refuse returns/exchanges of personalized models.
